How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@steeldeals.app with your order details and we'll handle it for you.
Renewals & cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds beyond the 30-day window are considered case-by-case. We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse of the Service.
