1. Who we are

Steel Deals ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Steel Deals. By using our website, app or services (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country to enter a binding contract.

3. The Service

Steel Deals provides AI-assisted pricing intelligence and deal alerts for publicly available second-hand listings. Estimates and scores are informational only and are not guarantees of resale value.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to interfere with security, scrape outside permitted endpoints, probe, or upload malware; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. AI outputs

The Service uses AI models to estimate prices and score listings. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit.

8. Service level

We aim to provide a reliable Service but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings or estimates will be available at any given time.

9. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
